The vise is a very rare antique/vintage Cast Iron Heavy Duty (Columbia Vise & Mfg. Co. / Cleveland, Ohio ) Woodworking Wood Work Bench Vise With Quick Release "Model 5-CD" and it weigh s 32#pounds, it has 7"inch Jaws, and it opens up 8"inches wide. The total length of the vise is 18"inches long and it is made of heavy duty cast iron. This is a very rare & scarce Columbia Carpenters Woodworking Wood Vise for mounting onto the end of your woodworkers workbench in your wood shop. It is rusty in color and has some rusting but it moves freely and smoothly back & forth. This vise is mounted on a plank of wood which was left over from the heavy wooden built rolling doors used as an entrance to a wing inside a munitions factory that supplied American troops during WW2.
