I've been climbing for nearly 30 years all over the world and this is by far the best tent that I have ever stayed in, especially in dangerous severe weather conditions. I purchased 4 of these North Face expedition tents in 1993 - PAID $1,000 each, and used all but one of them in the most extreme cold, Katabatic high wind that Antarctica offered (this TNF Himalayan Hotel tent is NEW and has been in storage for 25 years!).
