1/2 Price Burial Plot at Greenoaks Cemetery
Significantly discounted (1/2 off purchase price) burial plot located within the Garden of Prayer at in Greenoaks Cemetary on Florida Blvd. in Baton Rouge.
The plot is in a beautiful location under a breathtaking oak tree. When purchased directly through the cemetery, plots within this garden are going for $3,200, but I'm asking a 50% off price of $1,600 with the hope of helping someone who wishes to minimize the financial burden to be placed upon his/her loved ones at the eventual time of their passing, or of helping a person who may have just experienced a loss of someone close but finding that they may fall short of the necessary means to provide a proper burial.
If interested, I am also selling a burial vault, which is a legal requirement for all in-ground burials within this state. Purchased through the cemetery, these vaults are priced at $1,200.00 but I'm selling this one at 1/2 price as well, for $600.00.
These items were originally purchased and intended to be used by my mom who later opted to be cremated.
